Delivery Information
Delivery Information
Clear information about order processing, dispatch, delivery, tracking and fulfilment.
This page explains how Pure Defiance processes, dispatches and delivers orders placed through the website.
We aim to fulfil orders efficiently, provide clear delivery information and assist customers when something goes wrong.
This page should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing on this page limits statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
Dispatch Estimates
Supplements normally leave within 1–3 working days; made-to-order clothing normally within 3–5.
UK Delivery
Physical products are currently delivered within the United Kingdom unless expressly stated otherwise.
Split Shipments
Products supplied by different fulfilment partners may arrive in separate parcels.
Delivery Support
Contact Pure Defiance for help with delayed, damaged, lost, missing or incorrectly supplied orders.
UK Delivery
Where Pure Defiance currently delivers.
Pure Defiance currently delivers physical products to addresses within the United Kingdom only, unless a product page or checkout option expressly states otherwise.
Orders are dispatched using third-party suppliers, fulfilment partners and courier services selected according to the products purchased, parcel size and delivery destination.
Because some products are fulfilled by different partners, one order may be divided into separate shipments and arrive on different dates.
International delivery is not currently offered unless expressly stated before an order is placed.
Dispatch Times
How long products normally take to leave the fulfilment location.
Estimated dispatch times begin when cleared payment has been received and the order has entered processing.
- Supplements and accessories: usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Pure Defiance clothing: made to order and typically dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.
Orders placed outside normal business hours, at weekends or on a public holiday normally begin processing on the next working day.
Dispatch times are estimates and may vary because of high demand, stock availability, supplier delays, production requirements or events outside our reasonable control.
Dispatch means the point at which the parcel leaves the relevant supplier or fulfilment partner. It is separate from the courier's delivery time.
Delivery Times and Legal Delivery Period
Estimated courier times and the statutory delivery position.
Once dispatched, most UK mainland deliveries are expected to arrive within approximately 1–3 working days, depending on the courier, service selected and destination.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed date or service has been expressly agreed.
Where a delivery date or period has been agreed, we will aim to deliver within that agreed period.
Where no different delivery period has been agreed, consumer orders must be delivered without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into, as required by applicable UK consumer law.
If delivery is late, please contact Pure Defiance. Depending on the circumstances and whether the delivery date was essential, you may be entitled to set an additional reasonable deadline or cancel the contract and receive an appropriate refund.
- Courier-network delays.
- Supplier or production delays.
- Severe weather.
- Transport disruption or road closures.
- Industrial action.
- High seasonal demand.
- Other events outside our reasonable control.
Multiple Deliveries
Why parts of one order may arrive separately.
Some orders are delivered in separate shipments because different product types may be supplied by different fulfilment partners.
- Supplements and accessories may be dispatched by a supplement fulfilment partner.
- Pure Defiance clothing may be produced and dispatched separately by the clothing manufacturer.
- Items may arrive on different dates.
- Separate dispatch and tracking messages may be issued.
- Separate delivery charges may apply where the products originate from different fulfilment partners.
Any delivery charges that apply will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed. Pure Defiance will not add an undisclosed delivery charge after purchase.
Delivery Charges
Charges are shown before payment is completed.
Delivery charges are calculated during checkout according to the products ordered, parcel requirements, destination and relevant fulfilment partner.
Where products are supplied by different fulfilment partners, separate charges may apply to the different parts of the order.
The total delivery charge will be displayed before you submit payment.
No additional delivery fee will be charged after the order has been placed unless a change is requested by you and the additional charge is clearly agreed before dispatch.
Merchandise Delivery
Production and delivery information for made-to-order clothing.
Pure Defiance merchandise is made to order. Production normally takes approximately 3–5 working days before dispatch.
Merchandise delivery charges are calculated according to the parcel's weight, size, quantity, destination and the delivery service available through the fulfilment partner.
The applicable charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Orders may be sent using established UK delivery services such as Royal Mail, EVRi or DPD. The service used may vary according to parcel size, destination, availability and the most suitable option at the time of dispatch.
Delivery estimates apply after production has been completed and the parcel has been dispatched.
Production and delivery periods are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur because of production demand, courier operations, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery Information Provided by Customers
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details.
Please check the delivery name, address, postcode and contact details carefully before submitting an order.
Contact Pure Defiance immediately if you discover an error. We will try to correct it, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or dispatch.
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
- Failed delivery attempts resulting from inaccurate information.
- Additional courier or redelivery costs caused by an incorrect address.
- Delivery to the address entered by the customer where that address was supplied incorrectly.
If a parcel is returned because inaccurate or incomplete information was supplied, reasonable redelivery costs may need to be paid before it is sent again.
This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by Pure Defiance, a supplier or the courier, and nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights.
Couriers and Our Responsibility
The courier may carry the parcel, but Pure Defiance remains responsible to the customer.
Third-party couriers manage the physical delivery process after dispatch and may provide tracking updates, delivery windows, safe-place options or collection-point information.
Pure Defiance remains responsible for delivering consumer orders in accordance with the contract and applicable UK consumer law. We will not require you to resolve a lost, damaged or materially delayed delivery solely with the courier.
Customers should use available tracking information and may contact the courier for immediate operational updates, but they should also contact Pure Defiance if the parcel is lost, damaged, delivered incorrectly or significantly delayed.
We may investigate the matter with the courier, supplier or fulfilment partner and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
Retailer Responsibility
Where Pure Defiance or its fulfilment partner arranges the courier, the goods normally remain at Pure Defiance's risk until they come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them.
Lost, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
How to report a delivery problem.
Contact Pure Defiance as soon as reasonably possible if a parcel has not arrived within the expected period, arrives damaged, contains the wrong product or appears incomplete.
Keep the goods and packaging until the matter has been reviewed, as photographs or packaging information may be needed for the investigation.
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photographs of the outer and inner packaging where relevant.
- Photographs of damaged or incorrect goods.
- Details of any courier tracking update or delivery message.
We may request further information where reasonably necessary.
Where goods are confirmed to be lost, damaged, incorrectly supplied, incomplete or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements, Pure Defiance will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law.
Nothing in this section removes or restricts statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect, missing or undelivered goods.
Order Tracking
Tracking details may be issued for each dispatched parcel.
Where tracking is available, the relevant courier or fulfilment partner will normally provide tracking information after dispatch.
If an order is divided into multiple parcels, each shipment may have a different tracking number and delivery date.
Courier tracking systems can take time to update after a parcel has been collected. A short delay in the first tracking scan does not necessarily mean that the parcel has not been dispatched.
Contact Pure Defiance if tracking does not update for an extended period or indicates a delivery problem.
Safe Places, Neighbours and Delivery Instructions
Use delivery preferences carefully.
A courier may allow you to nominate a neighbour, collection point or safe place for delivery.
Please make sure any nominated location is secure and suitable. The legal position may depend on whether the delivery instruction was authorised by you and whether the courier followed it correctly.
Pure Defiance is not responsible for loss caused solely by a delivery instruction that you supplied where the courier completed delivery in accordance with that instruction, to the extent permitted by law.
Contact Pure Defiance promptly if a courier states that a parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it.
Failed, Refused or Uncollected Deliveries
What happens when a parcel cannot be completed or collected.
Customers should take reasonable steps to accept delivery and collect parcels within any period specified by the courier.
A parcel may be returned to the supplier or fulfilment partner where:
- Delivery is refused without a lawful reason.
- The courier cannot complete delivery after reasonable attempts.
- A parcel is not collected from a designated collection point within the stated period.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information prevents delivery.
If the failure was caused by information or instructions supplied by the customer, reasonable and evidenced redelivery or return costs may be requested or deducted from a refund where the law permits.
No such charge will be imposed where the failure was caused by Pure Defiance, a supplier or the courier, or where doing so would conflict with statutory consumer rights.
Refusing delivery does not always amount to a valid cancellation. Customers wishing to cancel should follow the process explained in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Risk and Ownership
When responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
Where Pure Defiance arranges delivery, the goods remain at Pure Defiance's risk until they come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to take possession.
If the customer independently arranges a carrier that was not offered or arranged by Pure Defiance, risk may pass when the goods are delivered to that carrier, as provided by applicable law.
Ownership of the goods passes once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered, unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed.
Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
How serious external disruption may affect fulfilment.
Pure Defiance is not responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, provided that we take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and comply with any legal obligations that continue to apply.
- Extreme weather, flooding, fire or natural disasters.
- Epidemics or pandemics.
- Industrial disputes or transport disruption.
- Government restrictions.
- Supplier or manufacturing failures.
- Courier-network disruption.
- Utility, internet or telecommunications failures.
- Cyber incidents affecting fulfilment or delivery systems.
- Other events outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably practicable, affected customers will be informed and alternative arrangements considered.
This section does not remove any statutory right to cancel, obtain a refund or receive another remedy where that right applies.
